App Note: Scalable MSC suspension-based process optimization
The ability to manufacture large quantities of MSCs is required for therapeutic applications, and the development of robust, optimized production processes is essential to enable scale-up. Traditionally, process optimization is time- and labor-intensive due to the need to screen for many process parameters. This application note describes using a DOE approach to screen several process parameters at-throughput in a scale-down model in order to set design space for future scale-up.
Read to learn how to:
- Streamline process optimization in multi-parallel bioreactors with real-time monitoring of CPPs
- Generate process insight through MVDA correlation of CPPs and CQAs
- Set the design space to ensure successful transition to future scaled up manufacturing
